I took a bunch of pictures last weekend when I went to San Francisco. I find bridges fascinating because I grew up in Oregon and we don't have any bridges like this. Every time I go over a bridge I'm just in awe.
It was such a gorgeous day and a awesome day trip! This is one of my favorites :)
This is the original
I edited this picture in Lightroom and used the aged filter on this
And here it is in Black and White!

I loved SF when we went a couple of years ago. I also love the aged look of the middle photo. What a brilliant look!
VERY NICE!!! Love the contrasts.
I love the first conversion best!!
Love, love, love the aged one. The way the bridge is faded into the background is beautiful!
I love this is black & white. The bird is in the perfect spot too...how did you do that? :)
I've been on this bridge several times and everytime I see it I am still in awe!! Such a gorgeous bridge...love how you showed the original and then two over processes...Nice work...
This is great! I can't decide if I like your first or second edit the best. Either way they are both terrific.

What a great idea - to post the variations. It gives such a different feel with each change.
Great cpature of the bird too.
The second photo using the aged filter is so great! What a beautiful setting.
Gorgeous image, love the seagull in the foreground and the lines of the bridge behind him. Beautiful black and white and aged photo!
We used to live in Northern California (bay area ) for 7 years and I miss it very much.
Great Composure! Love the perspective of the bridge and the birdie detail!
I love the lightroom aged filtered one!
Oh wow....what to say first!
Well I am super intrigued by the "aged treatment" and will need to investigate ASAP :) and then I was struck by the scale of the gull and the actual bridge....that's just cool!!
Thanks for sharing!!
Love, love this photo in black and white
Great photo! Love that you got the bird to sit still for your shot!
Awesome photo! The black and white really brings out the texture of the water. Pretty!
What a great picture all around! The seagull in the picture is perfect! You couldn't have planned it better! Thanks for stopping by today.
Wow. This shot was AMAZINGLY great! I think I like it in sepia best, but they are all very nice1
I like the black and white, but there's something magical about the sepia version! It feels like warm summer afternoon lighting in a way that makes me feel very much at home. Love it!
