Ashley J. Lucas

is my favorite and only little sister. She is 17 years old and acts like shes.... :)

This girl is one hyper little dinosaur. Yes I said dinosaur because she wants to be a dinosaur at this stage in her life. Rawr. She's obsessed with dinosaurs, energy drinks, boys, big sun glasses, hippie-ness, sports, and myspace.

I miss taking silly picture together.
I miss dancing in the bathroom with her.
I miss our car rides in sick little blue (her car).
I miss playing rock band non-stop.
I miss taking her down (she may be bigger but that doesn't change anything).
I miss telling her what to do. Being the older sister I'm naturally the boss.
I miss her pretty eyes.
I miss the random stories she tells me.
I miss laughing with her.
I just really miss her.

Everyone says we look alike so I came up with the notion that we were really meant to be twins!
She just baked in the oven a little longer. We litterally say the same things at the same time all the time. Creepy.

She draws me the coolest things. I have all sorts of letters and drawings from her.

I can't wait till she comes to school here with me at PUC. Then I can keep a good eye out for her.

Ashley loves to wear spandex and get in trouble. Yes she has a problem with listening but I'm sure she'll grow out of it.

Ashley likes to act gangsta. She spends hours and hours of her life making music videos with her friends. Ashley is a wanna be hippie. Her favorite shirt is a tye-dye shirt. Her favorite sign=peace.

My sister is pretty much the coolest girl you'll ever meet. I don't know what I'd do with out her. I am very proud of her and wish I could see her more often. I don't like living in different states:(.

I love you sissy!

Middle of the Week

My day so far...
Woke up at 7:30 with a really bad sore throat (ouchy). Went to Physical Fitness class and ran for 18 minutes. Then I went back to my room and got ready for class. First it was Business Communications. I really do not like that class. Its not hard, but the teacher gives us so much random homework. Then I went to Sales Management and my teacher just told stories and I took a little nap. Next was Statistical Methods which was uneventful. Then I got to eat lunch. The food here at school is almost inedible. The only thing that tastes ok is the pizza and they made that today so I actually didn't feel sick after I ate lunch. I had a test for parables of Jesus, so I studied before and then went to take the test. The test went ok, I had to guess on a few. Glad its over. Let's just say it has been a long three days. I just want to take a nap and finish watching my shows (Private Practice and Desperate Housewives). Tomorrow is Thursday, my favorite day :) and almost the weekend.

I have a plant. It is an ivory plant I think. Well ever since I got back from Christmas Break it hasn't been doing to well. A few of the leaves keep wilting. I'm getting kind of sad. I'm not very good at the whole plant thing but I really want this one to live. Neither me or Amanda (my roommate) have green thumbs. Next quarter were taking Organic Vegetable Gardening. Hopefully we don't fail by killing all our plants.

Random thought.... I think some green olives sound pretty good right now.

Exciting News:
Txt from Ashley: I'm sending you lots of art. Basically all the art I make in art class ha.

I like to use Ashley's unsual art to decorate my room. This is my favorite so far. The Dinosaur( My mommy thinks its a Salamander lol).

Weekend Away

Why does the weekend have to be over? I got back to school late last night which means I stayed up late doing homework and I didn't start the week off very well. This week=1 paper, 1 test, and a whole bunch of other homework. It is only the 4th week of school. Eight more weeks until spring break.
Oh I got a package today from my mommy! She sent me some of my mail, a note, and some sour patch kids. I don't think she knows I don't really like sour patch kids though. Chocolate is always the best way to go, especially if it has carmel in it.
I spent the weekend with Trevor at his parents house. On Saturday Trevor installed bluetooth in my truck so when someone calls me I hear them through the speakers. That took a lot more work than we thought. We took a few breaks though and played basketball with the family. For dinner we had some very yummy tacos. Probably some of the best I've ever had. Wish I could have some now. Saturday night we hung out with some of Trevors friends and went bowling. I am not very good at bowling. I wanted to put the bumpers up but I held strong and lost both games :(
I think my favorite part about going to Trevors house is all the hugs and kisses I get... from his little sisters! We had fun playing outside especially when we found the ladybug. This ladybug wasn't very red though. It was more of an orange color. Anyways here are some of the pictures I took. Enjoy!

I miss home

This is what I miss most about home...

  • My family
  • My friends
  • My bedroom
  • Good food
  • The weather (yes I like the rain)
  • Sabbath lunch at Olive Garden
  • Being silly with my sister
  • Playing the piano
  • Watching movies with my dad
  • My mom doing my laundry
  • Talking with my mom
  • Having free time to read

Thursdays are my favorite

I like Thursdays the best because I only have one class. At 10:00 we have colloquy (worship) and then we make our annual trip to Giugni's for lunch. Mmm real food.

Tomorrow I have to give a speech about myself which is not going to be fun. Then I have stat methods and sales management. Better get started on my homework.

Only one more day until the weekend. I'm spending the weekend with Trevor and his family. I miss going to his house and playing with his little sisters. They are the most precious little girls I know and they have really made an impact on my life.
