Honeymoon Cruise

After our wedding last August we took a short honeymoon driving along the Oregon/California coast. We always planned on doing something a little bigger like going on a cruise. We have both been on a cruise before so we knew we wanted friends to come along. 

There was three couples total and we all had a blast. 

It was a three day cruise that went to Ensenada Mexico.

 Lots and lots of eating. That's what happens when the buffet is open 24/7!

The day we got to Ensenada we didn't really have any plans other than exploring the town. 

Once we got to town we found a tour group that would take us to see a blow hole and do a little shopping. 

The blow hole was pretty disappointing, but the shopping was good! We ate some authentic Mexico food and picked up some souvenirs.

It was a short cruise, but we all had lots of fun. Already planning our next cruise!

A day with my favorite girls

I love babysitting these girls. 

They are so full of joy.

We had a busy day playing outside in the sunshine. 

A little bit of swinging. 

A little bit of pool time. 

A little bit of gymnastics. 

A little relaxing time for Ruby. 

A little jumping time. 

 A little bug searching. 

And some big smiles to end the day.

Lightroom Editing

I am absolutely loving the Lightroom editing class I'm taking from Nancy. 

I am learning so much and the editing I can do now makes such a difference.

Monterey Bay Aquarium

A few weeks back we visited the Monterey Bay Aquarium. 

Lots of jellyfish, colorful fish, starfish, and even a hammer head shark!

It was really cool to see all the different types of jelly fish. Everything was so colorful. 

We got to see the penguins being fed.

Schools of fish. I loved to watch the way they all moved together. 

A seahorse that looked just like a plant. 

I love the shadows the jellyfish created on the wall.

There was even a room where you could watch a wave splash over you. 

The aquarium had lots of hands on exhibits and the girls had a blast touching starfish and other sea creatures.
