Black & White Wednesday

Last weekend my boyfriend Trevor came to visit!

His flight got in really late and then we were up even later driving to the lake where my family was camping.

Saturday morning we woke up and made some breakfast and then packed up the boat and headed to the lake. The weather was really nice all weekend. The lake was a little rough though so we headed to a little cove and found a nice beach to have lunch on.

When we got back from the lake we decided to go explore on our bikes. The only problem... we didn't want to ride uphill. So we loaded the bicycles in the back of my dads truck and he drove us a couple miles up a windy road. The area we went camping at is really pretty. I just love all the trees and lots of flowers were blooming on the side of the road. I stopped many times on my bike ride to take pictures :)

I won't see Trevor again for a few more weeks when we go on another camping trip :(

I'm so excited for the camping trip though!

Guess who's coming to visit this weekend!

So excited! 

We've got a fun weekend of camping and boating planned with the family!

Five years ago today Trevor asked me to be his girlfriend! Best decision I've ever made!

Today my boyfriend turned 22! 

22 just seems so old. 

Anyways.... :)

Trevor is such a hard worker but he also knows how to play. 

He has way too many toys :)

He is the most caring big brother. 

He is a super good mechanic and can fix just about anything!

He is so thoughtful and an amazing boyfriend.

My wonderful amazing boyfriend got me flowers for my Valentines Day!

Today was a beautiful sun shiny! 

It felt like spring and my tulips decided to open up for the sunshine! 

 

and even without color their beautiful. 

I love these flowers. 

They just brighten everything up :)

Black & White Wednesday

Since it's almost Valentines Day I thought I'd post one of my favorite pictures of my valentine :)
I took this picture about three years ago on a camping trip in Eastern Oregon.
We took the guns out to a gravel pit to do some target shooting.
I love how the black and white makes it look rugged and really brings out the contrast.
He didn't know I was taking the picture, which makes it even better because it wasn't posed. I think those are the best kinds of pictures. 
The mountains also make for a great background.

Weekend Recap

I didn't have school Monday which means it was a long weekend! I spent the weekend with my boyfriend and his family. It was nice to just relax, eat good food, watch movies, and have fun!

One thing on the list to do was fix my truck! Luckily I have an awesome boyfriend that can fix anything! He had to replace the fuel pump in my truck. Here's a few pictures of him hard at work!

For my next photography project I have to take 3 pictures. One Stop Action (in the air). One Pan Action (Blurry background). One show motion picture. So this weekend I was practicing with my digital camera.
